Clear steps. Room for good decisions.

A working relationship begins with a shared understanding of the problem. Here’s how a project is shaped.

1. Share the problem

Tell us who the product is for, what is difficult today, and what you want to receive. A short, honest brief is enough to begin.

2. Agree on the scope

Review the proposed deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, timeline, and budget. Work starts only after the scope and relevant approvals are agreed.

3. Design and build

Develop the agreed solution in manageable steps. Review the interface and working behavior so feedback can inform the next decisions.

4. Review before release

Check core functionality, form behavior, access controls, mobile layouts, and accessibility. Discuss remaining limitations before approving a release.

5. Handover and next steps

Receive the agreed deliverables and documentation. Hosting, maintenance, and future changes are defined separately in the project agreement.
