Sending a brief starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, authorize a charge, or approve a deployment.
1. Website use
You may use this website to learn about Medivh Code and submit legitimate inquiries. These terms cover the public website; they do not replace a signed project agreement.
2. Inquiries and project agreements
An inquiry submission is a request for discussion, not acceptance of work or a guarantee of response, price, availability, outcome, or delivery date. Project scope, fees, milestones, hosting, maintenance, intellectual property, and third-party expenses must be agreed separately.
The website form does not collect payments. An inquiry does not authorize paid provider calls, access to your systems, publication of your materials, or deployment of a project.
3. Information you submit
Provide accurate contact information and share only material you are entitled to disclose. You retain your rights in submitted material. Sharing it permits Medivh Code to use it to assess and respond to your inquiry; it does not transfer ownership or grant permission for public promotion.
Do not include passwords, API keys, payment details, regulated records, or confidential customer and employee data in public forms or comments. Comments are moderated and may be rejected or removed; only an approved display name and comment become public. The private management provider-settings form is a separate owner-authorized channel for configuring API keys. Our Privacy policy and Data policy explain the current handling practices.
4. Acceptable use
Do not submit spam, malicious code, unlawful material, or deceptive inquiries. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or overload the form. Requests may be rejected or rate-limited to protect the website.
5. Website content and branding
Medivh Code’s name, logos, and original website content are provided to explain our services. Do not imply endorsement or claim ownership of our branding. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Any ownership or license for client deliverables must be set out in the project agreement.
6. Availability and information
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may change and access may be interrupted. Service descriptions are general information, not a promise of a particular result or a substitute for project-specific advice. External services, if linked, have their own terms and policies.
These terms do not exclude rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We have not specified a jurisdiction, dispute forum, or project liability arrangement in these website terms.
7. Updates and contact
Changes to these website terms will be posted here with an updated date. Questions can be sent through the contact form before you share a brief or agree to a project.
